Scamming, yet another internet, or world wide web term that in any other context would be called fraud. In many ways much accepted internet terminology, or jargon, in some way legitimises, or detracts from the real and complete story.Scamming in any other context would be called fraud, deception, lying, or theft, yes its that simple.Unfortunately Former Soviet Union countries and particularly The Ukraine are way up there in the black lists.
